Matthews: Dans les ombres de la nuit

Peter Matthews Three French Carols have become a staple of musica intima’s Christmas concerts - and this one was recorded for 2006’s ‘O nata lux’ CD. The text is anonymous and the composer sets it in a homophonic style that affirms the hope it portrays.
